Welcome to the website of the British Cultural
Association of Montpellier, France.
The BCA was formed in 1991 to provide for British nationals living in the Montpellier
district the opportunity to meet, exchange experiences and ideas and
celebrate together traditional holiday dates.
Today the BCA welcomes all members of the English speaking community in
the Montpellier agglomeration and aims to arrange each year a varied
programme of events to reflect the leisure interests of a lively mix of
people of many different nationalities.
Almost all of it's activities are conducted in English.
We are individuals,
students and families from all walks of life living in
and around this city. Our first language is English (except for our
anglophile French members and friends) .
Newcomers to the area are welcomed and may be guided over initial
settling in difficulties as there is a wealth of experience and a broad
range of know-how to tap into.
We are not an English language school and we are not a politically
affiliated
association.
